Nothing was too much to ask. The cloisters really is beautiful, and the holiday inn make sure your day is as stress free as possible as they do everything for you. I think you'd struggle to find a venue as beautiful and as accommodating. This venue you had it all and if I could do it all again I wouldn't change a thing.We cannot thank Libby and her team enough they are just incredible. Jackie made planning our wedding so easy, everything we wanted was supplied even requests just a couple of days before the wedding. There are too many people to name individually but Keith the chef must be mentioned. We hosted a dinner on the Friday evening for 24 guests and the food was amazing as was everything we had served throughout the wedding. Lisa Jane who dressed the venue, I know we chose all the different elements but WOW doesn’t do the final finish on the room justice. As I walked in to get married it took my breathe away, it was even better than I imagined it could be. All the staff were great. Our guests could not believe that such an amazing venue exists. Thank you to everyone who made our day so special and have given us such wonderful memories. She was there to answer any queries at any time throughout our planning process. Libby then took over for the final meeting and was running our day. She again was amazing and everything that was asked of was done. I cannot recommend this place more. Our guest loved the day here and so did we!
