Sorry to say we booked our wedding reception here this summer and were appalled with the service we received. Poor communications, food was completely different to what we had ordered, very poor quality with some of it completely raw and inedible and came out over an hour late than planned. All of our drinks were served warm without ice buckets even welcome drinks ( magnums of prosecco) to which we had to get the ice ourselves from the bar staff that hadnt worked there before. No one around to oversee anything as we were promised. Tables not cleared promptly, leaving dirty plates full of uneaten food around for an hour. The air conditioning was not working so it was unbearably hot, leaking toilets with dirty water all over the floor which wasnt nice for me in my wedding dress. Very poor management in regards to dealing with complaints. Was given a small refund for food but not full as my guests ate it. Not bothered that most of it was left uneaten on plates or that it was so late and by 7pm everyone was starving. So appalled with the response to our complaints. Not a single explanation given as to why everything had gone so wrong and not adequate acknowledgement of their mistakes and the impact it had on our day. Sad to say they ruined our very special day and would warn anyone thinking of having a wedding reception or important event there.
