- SSue & Steve18/04/2020A Hidden GemA Hidden GemWe celebrated our Wedding at The Inn on the Lake, having the Swan Package. From the initial planning, to our wedding eve dinner with close family and friends and our actual wedding day, everything was perfect. We worked as a team, the planners listened to what we wanted in our celebrations and they went beyond our expectations. The room where myself & 4 bridesmaids got ready was modern and spacious with a wonderful view of the lake, the reception hall looked amazing, the food was delicious and it was lovely to have the flower/plant laden outside space and lake backdrop for those guests who prefer not to party hard and also our fabulous firework display. You can’t hear the motorway as some people may think. A big thank you to Laura and her staff for making our special day a memorable one. The ceremony itself was intimate and romantic overlooking the stunning lake, yet could hold a large number of guests. We didn’t have to travel anywhere, so it flowed from the ceremony into a reception meal, which tasted fantastic. Then there was a huge party afterwards, which included fireworks at the end - perfect. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and our room overlooked the lakes, which was lovely to wake up to and have a coffee. Cannot recommend this venue enough! From the moment we met Eszter, we knew we'd found the perfect venue. Everything was so easy, without trouble and fuss and the day was everything and more.
