Your ceremony is held within a gallery, with you and your guests surrouded by priceless works of art - and what better setting can there be for the momentous exchanging of vows? You'll be able to take advantage of other spaces too all suited to your individual style and taste.
Our Events Team can help with suggestions on room dressing, picking suppliers and ensuring your wedding has a personal touch. Just like our exceptional exhibitions, no two Manchester Art Gallery weddings are ever the same.
Our kitchens are on site and everything is freshly made and locally sourced. We will help you create your own bespoke menu or choose from our range of three course dinners or buffet options.
If you'd like to arrange a viewing then please do not hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to help make your wedding day unique and hassle free.

The events team (Debbie and Victoria especially) were brilliant: they were friendly, answered all of our questions, were very quick to respond to emails, looked into special requests for us, and were very accommodating and professional. Debbie helped us coordinate on the day and made sure everything went smoothly, which was such a great help. The food was fantastic - we got great feedback from our guests - and the catering team gave great service and was really great in answering our queries and being flexible on requests like evening snacks etc. The ceremony room was all set up and ready before the guests arrived, then the setup of the gallery for the cocktail hour was also well-timed and organized, and the atrium for dinner was simply stunning. Its difficult to choose but if we had to .... home smoked salmon with mustard cream, Welsh rarebit or lobster rolls from our current menu.
