"I attended Gary and Nicolas wedding on the 11th August.. Now where do I start the room looked amazing, the buffet was lovely they served a variety of food to suit all ages. The lady Jodie who was leading the venue on the night went out of her way to make sure that everyone in the function was looked after, she even fitted in more seating for us so we could all sit together and not on different tables. We had our wedding in the Hopwood Suite in June, although it got off to a bumpy start with planning with the wedding co-ordinator changes, the actual day was looked after by Jodie and she was absolutely amazing! She made us feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. She sorted everything and made sure it went off without a hitch! She is a credit to the hotel! Also all our guests commented on how amazing the meal was too!! I have to say a massive thank you. Our wedding was amazing and we were blown away by the room, the food, the service, everything! I canâ€™t thank you, Katie and the whole team enough. Throughout the build up you have been brilliant and so accommodating to my random requests. Please pass on our thanks to Preston too. He was fantastic. Throughout the day he made sure we were ok. We got so many comments from guests who said how brilliant the service was. Nothing went wrong, there were no stresses for me and all our guests were happy. We even had a few who said it was the best wedding theyâ€™ve been to. On the night guests said that they can see exactly why we chose the Norton Grange and that we couldnâ€™t have had anywhere better!!I have to say a massive thank you. We booked the Norton Grange for our wedding reception, plus a 4 night stay in February 2018, from the moment we checked in the staff were very attentive and friendly. we cannot speak highly enough of the staff who helped plan and organise our wedding day, Our wedding planner Abi, Our designated manager on the day Craig, and Jodie all went out thier way to make sure our special day was perfect. We were guests at a wedding and stayed over for the night. The staff were really helpfully, the venue/room for the wedding was lovely, DJ was great, hot buffet food was really tasty and plenty of it! Our room was very comfortable, clean, we had a peek at the bride and grooms suite and that was fabulous! We used the spa facilities which I really enjoyed! Overall the Norton Grange was perfect. We held a wedding recently that had a live singer and entertainer through the wedding breakfast, he really livened up the experience and provided a lot of laughs to all the guests.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make sure you visit your local Registry Office and provisionally book a time with the registrar's, prime times go very quickly, even 2 years ahead!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A lot of our guests have memory tables/ladders for the guests that that cannot make the wedding. I think this is a lovely heart warming touch

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

We have recently constructed a large decking area overlooking the field and countryside, this will show off stunning landscapes and sunsets

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We have had a few reality stars that stay here, some have attended weddings. The most memorable would be Shayne Ward who attended a family event held here.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Definitely the salmon and cream cheese roulade!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Pepperoni Pizza!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Grange Suite has the old original stonework from when the Hotel was built, with large windows all along the side this shows the stunning views of the lawns.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Currently our decking platform we have constructed, this will really wow your guests and perfect for those photo opportunities
