We have just managed to pick up some wifi here in our first stop of Singapore so wanted to send a quick note to say a HUGE thank you for all your hard work and support on Saturday as we truly did have thee best day of our lives!!! It was AMAZING and every guest said how stunning the venue was!!! We are absolutely over the moon with how everything went we honestly couldn't have asked for more!!' thank you so so much for everything..... We will wrote proper reviews for everyone once back but this was just a quick note to say thank you!! We cannot thank everybody at Preston Court enough for all their hard work, continued support and always going the extra mile to ensure we had our dream wedding. When we looked round the venue in summer 2015 with Anna and Jen we knew it was the venue for us and booked it! (Over 2 years in advance!) This venue is so unique as it has those extra touches like the incredible carousel, gigglebox and resident peacocks Dave and Steve. The staff are incredibly friendly- always! We want to say a special ‘thank you’ to Tiggi for her excellent venue styling, signage making (which will go up on our walls at Home!) and just listening to us and getting our vision for our day. Don’t bother with any other venue styler, she is everything you need and more and is absolutely lovely as are all the staff at Preston court! Thank you, thank you and thank you Preston Court! Admittedly the fine weather on the day helped, but the buildings and setting looked quite beautiful, and Jenny was a tower of strength throughout. All our guests, without exception, were impressed, and all commented on the special nature of the Preston Court offering, so as a very satisfied (and now very relieved) father-of-the-bride I wanted formally to record my thanks to you and your team. What a stunning venue! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The grounds are stunning, the court yard is a perfect place to drink and chat and the barn is so beautiful bare, let alone whatever you add to it. Both the venue and the staff truly helped to make our wedding the special day that it was. All the staff were wonderful, whilst juggling multiple weddings during the season they always made us feel that our wedding was their only priority. The venue is beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding. I can’t stress how wonderful Preston Court and the people that keep it going are! Thank you all so so much xx Both the venue and the staff truly helped to make our wedding the special day that it was. We got married here in August and had a fantastic experience. The venue is perfect as it is with bunting and blankets in the bar, and fairy lights in the barn. However, the staff are also great at allowing for all the little quirks you want to add yourself. They were happy to accommodate everything from home brew to glitter stations and even cleared everything up ready for collection the next morning! Anna and the team are friendly and professional and quick to help with any questions big or small. It's a beautiful, unique venue; I can't recommend it enough!We got married here in August and had a fantastic experience. Wow!! Preston Court was the best location and venue I had seen on my initial hunt for the perfect wedding. Quirky, unique, creative and more importantly, somewhere that you can inject a bit of your own personality into. All the staff are super easy to deal with and managed my "control freakiness" with ease!!!!! Nothing was too much trouble and with their stellar recommendations, I had a wedding that Pinterest would be proud of!! I can't recommend these guys enough if you're looking for something less ordinary. AND Gigglebox is very fun. I loved watching the edit and seeing all my mates reactions on film. Great idea and so glad we did it!! A day we'll never forget.xxWow!! Preston Court was the best location and venue I had seen on my initial hunt for the perfect wedding. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

Totally enchanting and unique- so much charm. The steam engines, the 'white' Victorian carousel, the mechanical fairground organs, Juliana's Island, the lakes, the manor house, the Showmans wagon, 17th century oak barns, the on site luxury Glamping for 30 guests.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Look at a few different venues in person to really get a true understanding of what you are looking for - you might not know until you view 'the one.'

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

The beautiful bride had gorgeous orange flamed hair and whilst discussing the choice of wedding colours, she joked with her groom that they must make sure nothing is orange as the colour of hair was enough ginger for everyone!! The groom took it upon himself to secretly make things 'ginger' to make a point that he LOVES her 'gingerness' and he can't get enough of the beautiful colour. They had orange cocktails (Aperol cocktails) as their reception drinks, orange napkins and the favours were male and female gingerbread men. Needless to say, the bride thought it was hilarious and very sweet of her groom. We were really moved by how simple little things can bring laughter.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Wow, that is very difficult as one of our many highlights is the variety we offer for beautiful and artistic photo opportunities, what with the manor house, the lake, Julianna's island, the horses, the vintage steam engines, the showman wagon, the organs. However, if we had to choose one it would be the bride and groom riding the carousel with the sun setting behind, which transforms the sky into a glowing backdrop of stunning caramel and peach colours.
