In summary, you hire the land and the rest is completely up to you; it really is like being at home! Sywell Grange is a marquee venue with full flexibility to provide your own catering and drinks, along with marquee and all other suppliers. The land fee is just £1700 and for that you have use of the lovely marquee plot from Tuesday to Sunday (between April to October). This gives you plenty of time for the marquee to go and be decorated in time for your wedding. Many of our couples choose to marry on a Saturday and then return back on Sunday for an informal BBQ! We do have a beautiful wooden gazebo; it isn't licensed to hold a legal ceremony but has been used for blessings. There are very few restrictions - there is no finish time, no sound limiter, post wedding BBQs are welcomed, camping overnight is encouraged, no corkage charges, no additional payments if you wanted to do X, Y, & Z! It's your day, exactly how you want it to be...
