Your chosen photographer will be spoilt for choice. // Combining beauty with flexibility you can create your perfect wedding day. We want you to decide how you use each of the barns so the day celebrates the two of you. You can decorate the barns to reflect your style and taste meaning your wedding day is totally unique. // Our current venue hire rates range from £2,900 - £6,200 (incl. VAT) subject to the day of the week and month you are interested in (No minimum guest number requirements).

Genuinely, just a perfect dayGenuinely, just a perfect day
We really can't thank the staff at the Barn enough. Both on the day itself, and in the year leading up to it, everyone at the Barn was an incredible source of calm words, sound advice and reassurance. We never doubted that our wedding was in safe hands, and the day went perfectly. We didn't even have to think about the logistics of moving people around, changing the rooms over etc, as the team at the Barn handled everything. Truthfully, they made our day perfect. From the moment we first saw the venue, we knew that this was where we wanted to get married. After our wedding, we knew we'd made the right decision. Cannot recommend enough. Everyone at the Barn is so friendly, helpful and lovely. Big thanks to Hannah and Katie in particular. They helped make the wedding such a fun, relaxing and smooth-running day. Our guests were stunned by this venue, many mention how peaceful and intimate it was. I can not recommend this venue enough.Everyone at the Barn is so friendly, helpful and lovely. From the moment we drove up the winding drive and walked down the gorgeous stone steps, we knew that this was the place that we would marry. The Barn at Upcote has everything you could hope for - a carefully designed layout, meticulous attention to detail, gorgeous views, scenic lake, wide open fields and a spacious lawn area. The secluded setting is so beautifully romantic and manages to feel both spacious and intimate. The entire team are obviously so passionate about ensuring that your wedding is everything you have dreamt of. It felt as though nothing was too much trouble. Hannah and Katie are just such wonderful people - they made sure that our day was perfect and we can't thank them enough. The on-site accommodation was fabulous, as it meant we didn't need to worry about travelling anywhere (and the bridal suite lounge was really handy for tired little ones!). One of the (many!) really lovely things about the Barn was the fact that our younger guests (we had 5) were free to run about the spacious lawns without the parents worrying that they could 'escape' - leaving the adults to relax and enjoy the day. I could write so many words about how gorgeous the venue is (not to mention the steps!! If you are looking for a venue with a stunning entrance for the bride - this is it!) - but it truly is the combination of a gorgeous venue and a fabulous team that makes this the perfect venue. The Barn at Upcote was the perfect venue for our wedding, and we had countless comments about how beautiful the venue was and also quite a few saying this is now where they want to get married. The whole planning process was made easy and the day ran without a hitch which is credit to all of your staff. A wonderful venue all round. From the first time we visited we were immediately in love! The team - especially Hannah- have been amazing in helping us with the many many queries we had, and always replied within minutes or hours of receiving an email, which made such a difference in the run up to the day. All our guests were commenting on what a beautiful venue it was. We could not have asked for a better, more gorgeous location with the relaxed family feel that we were after. Thank so much to the whole team for all their help, we will miss our visits over to Withington to see you!A wonderful venue all round. From the first time we visited we were immediately in love! We fell in love..We fell in love..
From the moment we arrived at The Barn at Upcote for a viewing we fell in love with the intimate setting, beautifully renovated barns and outbuildings and just how accommodating Andrew and Hannah were. We really didn't need to see anywhere else! Whilst planning our wedding we visited a few times, once whilst there was a fayre on and a couple of times with parents. Hannah was always so welcoming and answered any questions we had. The day itself couldn't have been more perfect. We popped up the day before, whilst the weather was miserable, but were welcomed by a cheerful face who reassured us that whatever happened it would still be great... which it was. Luckily on the day the sun shone and everything ran smoothly. We cannot thank Andrew and Hannah enough for everything you did. We feel so lucky to have been able to have our wedding at the Barn. Anyone thinking of having your wedding here will not be disappointed. The perfect wedding venue!The perfect wedding venue!
We visited Upcote barn as the first venue on our search for our wedding venue. From the moment we drove down the driveway the image we were presented with make us love it straight away. As we walked down the steps I could imagine already my guests gathered on the grass and everyone enjoying themselves. The venue definitely has the wow effect and is all centred around the main barn as a focal point. Meeting Andrew and working out a date, we were excited that this was going to be our venue and we got planning. From then on the whole team were always on hand to answer questions and try their very best to accommodate our needs. As the days drew closer we were able to visit and measure things which was really useful. The venue truly has that family feel to it and we were really well looked after. On the day things ran so smoothly thanks to their function sheet which enabled them to know what was going on and when- it also helped us! They were there all day ensuring the day was perfect but were so subtle that you didn’t realise how hard they were working. It was the best day of our lives and without Jo, Andrew and the team it could not have gone so smoothly. A special mention to Katie and Hannah who were always there on email and our numerous visits to help our every need. Even after the wedding. After looking around we fell in love with it even more the scenery and the barn is just beautiful. Everyone here at Upcote have been fantastic. We could view the barn anytime we needed and nothing was ever too much for the team they were always at the end of emails too.
