The Birch Hotel has the right blend of elegance and charm to give the perfect setting for your wedding. its original Victorian features include wood-panelled walls, stained glass windows and a grand staircase that will make the ideal backdrop to your just-married photos. The elegant Sussex Room is licensed for Civil Marriage and Partnership Ceremonies and can accommodate up to 60 guests. The Courtyard Room is out centerpiece for wedding receptions featuring a light and airy conservatory roof. it can accommodate up to 70 guests seated and then quickly transforms to a Evening Reception Room for up to 120 guests..

Everything went better than we could have hoped for thanks to your planning and supervision. Hi Caroline, We just wanted to say a big thank you for all the hard work you and your team put in to make Z and Ms' wedding a real success, they said they had an amazing time and they thought it couldn't have gone any better, it was exactly what they dreamed it would be and better. Thank you so much for making everywhere look so beautiful and for coordinating everything so that the day ran smoothly, you did a great job. We really appreciated how friendly all the staff were at the hotel, lots of the guests commented on this as it added to the lovely atmosphere. Thanks also to those that worked hard on the food it tasted delicious and was so beautifully presented. We also really enjoyed staying at the hotel and having breakfast with our friend and family in the morning. I am a sucker for our Smoked Salmon, Sour Cream and Chive Blini! YUM

It's an odd one but I have to say green grapes

I would probably say the Conservatory roof is very unique, it lets in loads of light even in the winter!
