The Cardinals Hatt

The Cardinals Hatt is an established family run hotel set within the Cornish countryside with outstanding views and a picturesque landscape, conveniently located just ten minutes from Plymouth. Our proud reputation for excellent food combined with our dedicated and experienced staff means that you can sit back and relax creating lasting memories with the ones you love. Our two fabulous function rooms can cater to all requirements small or large, and all of our packages include the services of an experienced wedding coordinator to assist with anything you may need. The packages also include our fabulous bridal suit free of charge on your wedding night, red carpet arrival, cake stand / knife, beautiful landscaped gardens for spectacular photographs and preferential accommodation rates for your guests with up to 30 rooms to choose from. Our two function rooms work perfect together for both relaxing and dancing the night away, seating up to 100 people for your wedding breakfast with a maximum capacity of around 200 guests. There is no minimum number of guests required, if you would like just an intimate wedding with close family we can also cater for this. We are a fully licenced wedding venue, if you would like your ceremony at The Cardinals Hatt you will need to arrange the finer details with the local registrar. (Cornwall registration office can be contacted on 03001234181) Please note that there is an additional charge of £150 for your ceremony to take place in our function room. Our two function rooms combined will be a cost of £500 including all table ware necessary. Our kitchen team are very passionate about creating memorable dining experiences by producing fantastic food, with the freshest, local ingredients. Every wedding at The Cardinals Hatt is special to us and our head chef is always on hand to answer any questions you may have and assist in creating a bespoke menu that truly reflects your individual taste.
