Tanya Hedley is the most dedicated, kind, professional and conscientious coordinator we could have hoped for. Nothing was a problem for her, anything we asked for was done straight away or there was a solution for us in a quick and efficient way. When we were in the first stages of wedding planning and choosing a venue, we were torn between The Vermont Hotel and another venue. The main reason we chose The Vermont was because of Tanya. She was so professional and was so interested in us as a couple and not just after a commission. That made us feel so valued and comfortable. We knew we would be well looked after whilst having an amazing day. The planning was, as expected, so well planned. We knew exactly where we stood with deadlines for details as well as payments. It helped me, the bride, to stay on track and be focussed. It was incredibly helpful and kept me calm. The day itself was like a dream, all down to the last detail. Tanya had planned everything to the last degree. The staff were all on the same page as Tanya, the Ballroom was perfect and everything went off like clockwork. Any problems that arose were dealt with discreetly and quickly so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She expertly and calmly guided us through the day and was there for us at every turn. We know for sure, our wedding would've not been as relaxed and organised if it wasn't for Tanya. It was truly magical. Nothing is too muchNothing is too much
Nothing is to much for Tanya and her team, we have had so many compliments about how good our wedding was all the staff were a pleasure to talk to and all helpful anyone booking wedding should consider the Vermont 100% fab we had problem with our iPod for music and they quickly sorted it. Jody - Where do I start with the customer service ! Marcin and Tanya could not have been any better or given me and my husband a more perfect day. Marcin made me laugh out loud more than once when he stepped up beyond the call of duty and turned into our photographers assistant - he climbed ladders, held a portable flash and duty followed the photographers direction to make sure we had the most picture perfect images of the day. I couldn't have dreamed or have asked for anything more and cannot thank them enough Chris - Tanya and her team at the Vermont hotel were excellent throughout the planning stage of the wedding and their help and service on the actual day was amazing. I was very nervous on the day but I had the peace in mind that everything was taken care of. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would be more than happy to recommend the Vermont for a wedding in the future and I wish Tanya and her team all the best. Amazing people, amazing venue. Beautiful hotel, impressive from start to finish - from parking to checking in and bar service to checking out after the wedding. The staff were efficient, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and on the wedding day itself, the staff were impeccable, with perfect service and professionalism. The suite we booked was immaculate, spacious and had views over the river and historic buildings of the city. We chose the hotel specifically for its location in the city and it did not disappoint. Our guests from around the world were impressed and enjoyed our special day, which means the world to us. Helen - Excellent service from start to finish! Special shout out to Jade the wedding coordinator and also Stuart the porter. No task too big or small for them to do in a friendly and efficient manner Hotel is beautiful, right in the heart of Newcastle. As soon as you enter the hotel you are made to feel welcome, attention to detail is clearly very important to all the staff and their customer service is second to none! Chris - My wife and I were lucky enough to get married at the Sky lounge of the Vermont hotel, its such a unique and intimate setting that we both feel very lucky to have held our day here. The staff at the Vermont were exceptional, the meal was fantastic, and the complimentary honeymoon suite was a lovely touch Helen - Excellent service from start to finish! The Vermont was an excellent venue, very good value for money and the location is great. The 3 function rooms we used for our day were very good and the outdoor areas for photographs have lovey backgrounds. The staff were friendly and considerate to guests of all ages, which helped make our day go so well. The whole team, from the bar staff to the chefs, everything was amazing! We couldn't have picked a better venue for our big day.
