The Y Theatre

Our initial cost for wedding hire is £950. This includes a technician, staff, use of the theatre and bar and our in-house PA and lighting rig. This allows you access to the theatre between 5pm and midnight. Any additional hours outside of those times are charged at £100 per hour. Everything else - special lighting, chair covers, buffet etc. - will need to be hired in and costs for these vary depending on the company. These can include: Welcome drinks Evening buffet for your reception guests Exclusive use of our Victorian Theatre and contemporary bar until Midnight Red carpet entrance Table cloths, crockery and cutlery Chair covers Use of our Percy Barratt room for a quiet space or children’s room Master of Ceremonies

Our catering is all external and we charge £6.50 per head minimum to cover the cost of ordering food in.
