Whether you are planning for an elegant wedding reception or a spectacular ceremony, The Westone Suite is perfectly suited for large functions, seating a maximum 120 guests, or 180 guests for an evening event with a buffet and entertainment, our team is there for you every step of the way. Additionally, we have 2 other rooms licenced for civil ceremonies - our Terrace Room and the Ceremony Chapel appropriately furnished with Oak Pews, perfect for an intimate civil ceremony. Perfect Wedding Day at the ManorPerfect Wedding Day at the Manor
From our initial contact right through to the Wedding Day in May, we were well served by the Staff. We met with Anna, (Sales and Events Manager) 8 months before the Wedding and she looked after us throughout. She did not only provide guidance and clarity, but she was on top of all the practical elements too. Her management of the process and the way that she treated us filled us with much confidence that our Wedding plans and the implementation were in good hands. The Hotel was very accommodating about our Menu Choices and we were made to feel very special at the Food Tasting evening, where we were able to taste everything on our chosen Menu. On the Wedding day, we were not disappointed. We breezed up to the Wedding Day without any stress or worry and on the day itself, we were relaxed and able to totally enjoy ourselves with our guests. All arrangements just flowed without any need for attention from us. All that had been agreed during the planning was delivered and the Staff on the day were wonderful, professional and friendly. We are grateful to the Team at the Westone Hotel for their huge contribution to what was a truly fantastic day. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
