I use a licenced instrumental to create a score similar to an actual feature film. That way the film is timeless and not dated by current songs.
I’ve had a video camera since I was 13 and have always made home videos with relatives. I studied media in college but it wasn’t until I filmed a wedding for a family friend that I realised just how much emotion could be captured with little to no direction. Very few forms of video allow you to be as creative in the edit suite as a wedding does.
