I’m Paul and I run In Love Films. I’m a North West based UK and Destination wedding videographer from Manchester. I create authentic & stylish wedding films for creative weddings. I offer a story first approach to wedding filmmaking for couples looking to show off their love and wedding day story, creating a film that will bring an emotional response for the generations present and to come. As I wedding filmmaker, I offer a relaxed and discreet approach. Your day will be captured in a natural way and I neither try to disturb you or your guests. Your wedding film should be totally authentic and I should be simply observing your day. Your film will be an amazing piece of nostalgia, to watch when you’re old and grey and remember the emotions and feelings you had on your wedding day. Paul...

Paul and in love wedding made our wedding day. They were so lovely and professional. You didn't even notice they were there which is amazing for a videographer. I would recommend them to anyone they were just fantastic! Our finished video brings me to tears every time I watch it, they really caught our day.

Our film is just so beautiful, it captures the most magical parts of our day and what you have is the most wonderful blend of emotions turned into something truly amazing that we can cherish forever. Paul was just so friendly from the first time I met him, super professional and just blended right in with the wedding party.He had a great sense of humour and didnt make anything awkward or staged. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and it really shines through in his work.

The videographer is the one thing my husband...

The videographer is the one thing my husband and I had disagreed about. As we were on a tight budget we considered not having one at all. However we found Paul who had a great range of packages that suited our budget. We were nervous about having a camera following us around all day but Paul put us at ease and the end result was simple stunning. If anyone is unsure about getting a videographer definitely contact Paul.

What is your most memorable wedding?

100% a wedding in Santorini. It was our first destination wedding and what a stunning place! Amazing views and an amazing couple with a small family wedding.

Offering a personal service to my couples.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Get everyone involved to really think about their speeches. The perfect timings are 10-15 minutes per person, no more or the crowd start getting fidgity. The best speeches are those from the heart with real stories, not just 10 minutes of Google jokes.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Everything being handmade by the bride in terms of the decorations.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

This depends on the couple, we're happy to have a phone or face to face meeting pre-booking, but some couples just like to book. We generally always like to meet before the day itself though. We send our couples pricing information and a brochure from which they can book us.

What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?

A drum solo from a Grooms son on the band they'd booked for the evenings drum kit while they were setting up

What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?

Star Wars. I love everything about it, the story, the look and feel.

What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?

I haven't got a favourite, but anything out of the normal 'wedding songs' I always find more interesting.

Describe how you got into videography.

I love and have a passion for film and telling stories.
