On your wedding day you get exclusive use of the estate. This will ensure creating privacy for you and your guests throughout your entire wedding day. Your guests are free to roam around the estate and experience the history of Darver Castle. Darver Castle is the ultimate Exclusive Wedding destination. Darver Castle Estate boasts a magnificent banqueting suite. Complete with exposed beams and cut stone walls. The banqueting suite is filled with above all character and charm. We cater for weddings from 50-280 guests. For your wedding day, Your Castle Wedding Venue Ireland provides a delicious range of homemade canapés to whet the appetite following an exquisite banquet meal served in our Brabazon Suite. Outstanding Venue Outstanding Venue
Darver was the first (and only !) place we viewed after we got engaged. After we met with Anne and had a look around we were in no doubt that this was the place for us! It’s such a beautiful venue inside and out, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the booking, all the organising beforehand, and the wedding day itself , everything was perfect. Every single member of staff we encountered from our first viewing right through to leaving the day after were incredibly helpful, friendly , easy going and nothing was a bother to them. Not only that but they were brilliant at their jobs, everything was seamless and without fuss. Even when I’d made a bit of an error with the table plan that only came to light on the day, it was sorted quickly and without any fuss or stress! The day itself was perfect, all the staff including Mary and Aidan themselves went to great lengths to make sure we were well looked after with food, drinks, and that we were happy with how everything was going. Special shout out to Ciara who was just fantastic on the day co-ordinating everything and making sure everything went smoothly. We’ve had great feedback from our guests about Darver too, with multiple people telling us how impressed they were with their food, the service etc All in all, we honestly couldn’t have been happier with Darver and the whole team there and would absolutely recommend it.Darver was the first (and only !) place we viewed after we got engaged. We could not recommend Darver Castle more as a wedding venue! From start to finish every detail was absolutely perfect. The wedding coordinators, Anne & Ruth, ensured the day ran smoothly and we did not need to worry about a single thing. The castle is absolutely stunning & the ceremony room beautifully decorated too, leaving very little of additional decorations to add, only a few flowers if you wish. We had our wedding day at Darver Castle on May 10th and what a day we had! Anne was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely great! Nothing was ever too much bother and communication was brilliant! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and maintained so so well! The food was absolutely outstanding and our guests raved about it! We were treated so well on the day and the staff were so attentive - nothing was too much bother and we couldn't of asked for anything better! Ann and Julie were also great help on the run up and on the big day! I can't recommend Darver enough! We were lucky enough to have an absolute scorcher of a day and the place was just stunning! We are sad that it's all over and can't wait to return! Thank you all so much again! From our very first visit to Darver Castle, we knew this was the venue for us. It had everything that we were looking for: a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, beautiful rooms and grounds, a gorgeous ceremony room on-site, multiple options for accommodating guests, and an exceptional level of services provided. Everything from the scones after the ceremony to the table settings in the banquet hall was perfect; we did not have to provide anything extra if we didn't want to, and as a couple on a budget this was very important to us. The packages provided by the venue covered all the necessary bases, and worked well for us in terms of value for money and flexibility. The catch is that Darver is booked out for most of the year, but this is a testament to the excellence of the venue and the team, and their reputation as one of the best exclusive wedding venues in the country is well-deserved. Anne, Ruth and the whole team at Darver demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, generosity and kindness towards us, from our first email to our last: any questions we had were answered, any problems we had were sorted out with minimal fuss, and at all times it was clear to us that the Darver experience works so well because it runs like a well-oiled machine. I cannot underscore enough the peace of mind this brought to us as we planned our wedding - a key consideration for anyone getting married! The whole team made sure we had the wedding day of our dreams. We had our wedding in Darver back at the beginning of February and cannot overstate how incredible the team at Darver was. The day was everything we could have hoped for and more. Anne was our wedding co-ordinator and organised the day of our dreams. She has an absolutely brilliant approach and nothing is ever a problem. She made the whole experience and lead up so pleasant and stress free. Adrienne was also there on the day and along with all the other Darver staff made the day run so smoothlyWe had our wedding in Darver back at the beginning of February and cannot overstate how incredible the team at Darver was. We celebrated our wedding day in Darver Castle in March 2024. To say everything was out of this world would be an understatement. The wedding team looked after us so well from start to finish. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about the amazing food and service. The venue speaks for itself and the team went above and beyond to make sure both us, our families and guests were looked after. A day we will never forget! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exclusive wedding venue.We celebrated our wedding day in Darver Castle in March 2024. As a previous wedding coordinator, I decided to take my own advice.. Book suppliers you can trust and in order to enjoy your day hand over to them to execute you day. I did exactly this on 14.09.23 and boy was I thankful. Darver Castle and the team did not only execute our wedding plans, they exceeded them in every aspect. The calmness, courteous nature and professionalism was so welcomed from the moment the bridal party arrived. Every time we turned their was someone by our side to assist. Anne was our go to lady from day 1 and honestly the passion we felt upon our viewing made us book our date. Throughout the planning.. Nothing was ever a problem and we were at such ease for the whole process. Informative, caring and such a lovely person to be dealing with in the run up to our big day. Ruth met with us the day before and took on all our "bits" to set up and did the job to perfection. Eva & Adrian ran our day and it was apparent that Darver Castle is a well-oiled machine. They looked after us, our friends & family like we were their own. Our vulnerable guests were made feel like they were home and our more boisterous were encouraged to party! Eva was praised by numerous members of our family for her caring ways and non-stop running around to ensure they were comfortable. The food... It wowed everyone! Not your typical "banquet" style meal. It was made by a chef that put love and attention into every plate. The steak, the chicken and fish were 5* and sure the breakfast helped day 2 get going! Bar service was attentive and I believe they were busy.. No empty glasses or long waits at the bar. Keeping our dancefloor full. We loved every single moment of our special day. The patience you guys had for us even at the early hours of the morning were unbelievable. The special touches of Mary greeting us, being around throughout the day and seeing her again upon departure made us feel special. That woman is amazing! We met Anne upon departure and it was like leaving home. Seamless to every corner. Darver Castle.. Thank you for giving us the most amazing day we will remember forever! We will be first in line for the Lord & Ladies opportunity. Any excuse to stay and relive this venue again.
