The Imperial Hotel went above and beyond in creating a fun/romantic wedding for my husband and I. We couldn't have asked for a better venue but most importantly better and friendlier staff. I'm so glad we chose the Imperial. I'm so glad we chose the Imperial.
I can't believe how quickly it all went by, I'd love to do it all over again. I'm so glad we chose the Imperial. Thank you so very much for everything, we had the most wonderful day. The whole weekend we felt like we were everyone's top priority, all of the staff we dealt with were brilliant. Everyone who stayed in the hotel complimented the rooms, all of our guests felt so welcome. Jack and I felt like royalty. No request was considered to be "too much" and for that we are so grateful.I can't believe how quickly it all went by, I'd love to do it all over again. I'm so glad we chose the Imperial. Firstly can I say we adored our day and that was in no small part down to you guys. We felt no stress whatsoever during the drinks reception and meal. You guys really had taken all the organisation and responsibility out of our hands and it was just lovely to show up and be present with our guests. At no point did we feel rushed or that we had missed out on something. The food was divine and the atmosphere exactly as we had hoped.Firstly can I say we adored our day and that was in no small part down to you guys. We felt no stress whatsoever during the drinks reception and meal. Every member of staff was so wonderfully helpful, friendly and professional. We received many compliments from our guests about how welcoming and friendly you all were to them. Lynda was a dream to work with. Every email (and I sent a lot!) was answered quickly and efficiently.
