If you are looking for a venue set in open countryside on the edge of the Peak District, with a truly historic twist this is the venue for you. The restored Tudor barn has a relaxed and casual atmosphere which puts guests at their ease and makes for a truly memorable day. There are 8 ensuite bedrooms on site enabling the main wedding party or guest who are from out of town to stay over. There is ample accommodation close by including luxury hotels and self catering holiday cottages. The barn can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated meal, cooked by on onsite chief. You are able to choose your own menu and decide whether you prefer formal or informal dining, there is an outside kitchen which is popular in the warmer weather.

The perfect day in the perfect place The perfect day in the perfect place
I can't begin to thank you for such an amazing day. It really was so special. Everything from the beautiful venue, to the yummy food and wine, to the decorations and beautiful setting (Especially for my photos) added together to make it a truly memorable day. The peacocks were an added bonus. Nick and the team looked after us so well from the first initial enquiry through to the lunch the following day, they covered every little details and thought of everything, we felt extremely lucky to be so well looked after and they really took the stress out of a big event for such an important occasion. We loved it so much that we booked it again for my husband and my 40th and also for my daughters christening. An absolute gem of a place to be lucky enough to have access to.
