Do not trust!!!Do not trust!!!
Booked a wedding date with pressure selling tactics, i have the emails to prove it, were not sent the terms until after we had payed a deposit. We were promised that we ‘could do anything we liked’ but in reality he tried to railroad us on every decision. Decided to look elsewhere 4 weeks after paying the deposit, asked for a part/full refund of our £1000 deposit only to be completely ignored. Currently in the process of going to court to recover some of the money. Be careful before you commit. Me and my husband met Charlie roughly 2 years ago where we fell in love with the venue! The amount of help we received from Charlie was outstanding, the closer we got to the date we met Hayley who was going to be helping us with everything - Hayley went above and beyond to ensure our day was magical! Hayley kept me posted on the day with when the flowers were coming and just making sure we was all okay. Everyone commented on the beauty of the Venue and how relaxed everything was, the weather was beautiful on the day which just made everything better! On the evening Ben was around to help and again you couldn’t fault their service, he ensured me and my husband were okay, if there was anything we needed, he ensured the fire pits were still going and just made sure all our guest were enjoying them selfs! We loved every moment of our big day and wouldn’t change a single thing!e with the venue! what an amazing day we had yesterday. a massive thank you to Charlie, Hayley, Hamish, 'Dan' (Ben) and the rest of the team. the venue is out of this world and this was echoed by every one of our guests. the organisation that went in to planning our wedding was made much easier thanks to you guys definite recommendation. the weather was beautiful and this enabled us to made use of the beautiful surroundings. just want to do it all againwhat an amazing day we had yesterday. a massive thank you to Charlie, Hayley, Hamish, 'Dan' (Ben) and the rest of the team. the venue is out of this world and this was echoed by every one of our guests. the organisation that went in to planning our wedding was made much easier thanks to you guys definite recommendation. the weather was beautiful and this enabled us to made use of the beautiful surroundings. just want to do it all again

The most magical day!The most magical day!
Bordesley the only venue we looked at! As soon as we walked in we knew it was the place for us. The team were incredible from day one and nothing was ever too much trouble, even after many emails with many questions! We were able to enjoy the day without worrying about anything, knowing we were in the safe hands of Charlie and Hayley and the rest of the team. All our guests loved the day and many of them said how simple yet gorgeous it was. It really reflected us and enabled us to have the day we had dreamt of. We would go back and do it all again tomorrow if we could! We would recommend Bordesley anyone and everyone! Bordesley Park and the team who helped make our day happen so smoothly will always hold a very special place in our memories. Can't recommend highly enough!Bordesley the only venue we looked at! Best day of our livesBest day of our lives
When we started planning our wedding we were hopelessly out of our depth, but thanks to Charlie and the Bordesley team we had the perfect day. Charlie helped us every step of the way, from hosting wedding events, helping us find suppliers for the day, to answering various emails quickly regardless the inanity of some of our questions, we went from clueless to organised and ready months ahead of the day itself. The entire Bordesley staff were professional and courteous, often foreseeing our needs and preparing for them. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The venue itself is beautiful, despite myself and several of our guests being born and raised in Redditch, we were amazed that we were only effectively on the outskirts of the town, the scenery was beautiful and the area was so quiet and peaceful, yet it's conveniently close. If you were to blindfold a guest, drive them around an hour and pull up to the venue and tell them they have been driven out to the countryside, they'd probably believe you. Perfect day Perfect day
On behalf of both Scott and I, I want to say a massive thank you to the staff at Bordesley Park for making our wedding day so perfect. From the moment we came to view the venue we knew it would be the right place for us to get married. Through the whole build up to the wedding the contact from the staff at Bordesley, especially Charlie was excellent. No email or question went unanswered, which stopped any stress before the wedding. Nothing was too much for the staff and we cannot thank you enough. My bridesmaids and I loved the room where we got dressed; it was exciting for all of us to see guests arriving and them not being able to see us. We have had so many compliments since our wedding day from family and friends, saying how fantastic the venue was and how the staff on the day were so helpful. Our guests and both of us really enjoyed the cocktail bar. Lots of people commented on how it was a nice added extra. No words would ever say how grateful we are for having our wedding at your venue. It’s been 2 months and both of us and our guests are still talking about what a fantastic day we had. We have also recently had our photos back and cant believe how lovely they are, thanks to all of the different settings you had available for us to take our photos. We are completely lost for words at how lovely our wedding day was and we are so thankful to the whole team who made that possible for us! Both Hayley and Charlie were so helpful and understanding with everything that we wanted and you made it all perfect for us! The venue is so so beautiful, especially in this autumn weather, we wish we could do it all over again! Beautiful! Beautiful!
Such a beautiful venue that we fell in love with as soon as we first seen it. We had our wedding there on the 11th August 2018 and it was gorgeous. We had so many of our guests say how different the venue was and how gorgeous it had been set out. Charlie and the team were so easy to communicate with throughout the entire 18 months it took to plan our wedding. We could email Charlie about anything wedding related and she was so swift in her replies. Charlie even had to deal with my mum (who lives in NI) ring her as well! So she deserves a medal for that! Amazing Venue.Amazing Venue.
Such an amazing venue with a stunning backdrop, loved that the children could be entertained with a trampoline, swing and a football pitch which also come in handy for quirky photo opportunities! Charlie, Hayley and the team were so friendly and accommodating, especially having the England match on the same day and sorting out a small area for people to watch it on the day!
