The contemporary White Room is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships. For a more traditional church service take a peek into Brinkburn Priory. Humanist celebrations can take place in The White Room, in the woodlands or in the architectural grandeur of the un-restored manor house. We have the perfect spot for your ideas. The on-site Priory is the perfect venue for your religious ceremony, seating up to 120. Civil ceremonies may take place in The White Room or on the garden terrace (weather permitting) for up to 80 guests, followed by celebratory drinks and then into our tipi tents for your wedding breakfast. In the evening The White Room is transformed into a magical party space for you to dance the night away with your band or DJ and the tipi becomes your evening chill out area and bar.

We offer a selection of venue prices throughout the year to allow couples a number of pricing options. If you’d like to discuss our wedding venue and our fees in more details, please get in touch. We operate very much on a bespoke basis, therefore it is normally after a viewing that we put together a personalised estimate for couples based on individual requirements. Venue Costs Include: The Stables Family House & Priory Cottage (sleep 12 max), Saturday or Wednesday tipi, party room, events team and Brinkburn wedding coordinator. *Please note there will be additional costs for your selected menu and drinks, which can be put into an estimate for you to consider. *Additional Fees apply for Church of England Weddings/Blessings in the Priory, civil ceremonies and Humanist ceremonies. *Additional Costs apply for our extra accommodation for up to 16 guests.

This venue is seriously beautiful. It has an amazing calm, relaxed atmosphere (until you get the party started, at least) and we knew it was the right place for us as soon as we walked in. From start to finish, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and they made sure the day went perfectly. The venue feels hidden and incredibly exclusive but in the best possible way rather than being stuffy. From our arrival on the Friday, to leaving on the Monday it was the most incredible experience and it truly felt like home. The setting, the food, the drinks, the staff, the atmosphere; it was all perfect and we have been told sincerely on a number of occasions by our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever attended!This venue is seriously beautiful. The service provided by Jan and the team was exceptional from start to finish. Truly MagicalTruly Magical
From the moment we first visited Brinkburn we loved it. The combination of the modern White room, Manor house rural ruins and country Tipi's won us over. It was truly magical to return last weekend to host our wedding there. The team were super helpful and relaxed ensuring the whole day went without a hitch. I'd highly recommend Brinkburn as a wedding venue for anyone looking for something a little different but equally (I think even more so) special.From the moment we first visited Brinkburn we loved it. After searching Northumberland for our wedding venue and finding nothing that ticked all the boxes we arrived at brinkburn and immediately fell in love with it, from the charming stables and tipi, the magnificent priory and Manor House surrounded by peaceful gardens, woodland and having such a relaxing feel about the place we knew it was for us! From start to finish everyone worked exceptionally hard to make our day as perfect as possible and there really wasn’t anything we would have had different, our day was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have wished for anything more from the whole team, thank you so much to Leah for coordinating everything (which wasn’t the easiest of tasks as were certainly not the most organised people ourselves!) you did a cracking job and we appreciated everything you did to make our day exactly as we wanted it! Our guests kept asking where we managed to find such a beautiful place and they couldn’t believe how incredible it was! We will definitely be coming back here to visit as it was just a magical weekend! Thank you all so much!
