Beautiful Setting and Versatile Spaces
The estate offers a picture-perfect backdrop for every part of your wedding celebration. The main house features elegant rooms ideal for drinks receptions and intimate gatherings. For your wedding breakfast, the Garden Room stands out—a modern glass-walled space with breathtaking panoramic views of the rolling Derbyshire countryside. Outside, you’ll find romantic options for your ceremony in the manicured gardens or a relaxed drinks reception in the wild meadow.

Callow Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate weddings both intimate and grand. With exclusive use of the entire estate, you and your guests enjoy complete privacy throughout your day. Here’s what you can expect in terms of capacity:
- Civil Ceremony: Up to 150 guests
- Seated Wedding Breakfast: Up to 100 guests
- Evening Reception: Up to 130 guests

Their in-house chefs specialize in creating memorable menus that highlight the best of British produce, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Whether you want elegant canapés and cocktails or a grand wedding feast, the team will work closely with you to design a bespoke dining experience that delights every guest.
Comfortable and Unique Accommodation
Keep the celebration going with an overnight stay for you and your loved ones. Callow Hall can host up to 60 guests across 30 individually styled bedrooms. The main house offers 15 classic, comfortable rooms, while the woodland area features 11 secluded Hives and two luxurious two-bedroom Treehouses—perfect for couples and guests seeking a touch of wild luxury.

All our guests commented on how they had been to several weddings bit never one as beautiful as Callow. The setting and attention to detail to every second of the day was incredible. - JJulie09/09/2016We hired the venue for the weekend...We hired the venue for the weekend...We hired the venue for the weekend and we and our guests absolutely loved everything! A third of the party were children and they quite happily ran round the place safely and we were not made to feel they were a nuisance. The staff were so friendly and helpful and guided us through everything. Nothing felt like it was too much trouble. We took some of our own decor and they happily put these up for us. The food was also lovely and there was plenty of it. It was our perfect wedding!We hired the venue for the weekend and we and our guests absolutely loved everything! A third of the party were children and they quite happily ran round the place safely and we were not made to feel they were a nuisance. The staff were so friendly and helpful and guided us through everything. Nothing felt like it was too much trouble. We took some of our own decor and they happily put these up for us. The food was also lovely and there was plenty of it. It was our perfect wedding!

Due to its outstanding reputation we didn't think we could afford it. There are several wedding package options available making it a possible venue whatever your budget. Communication before the wedding was excellent. Every member of the team did everything possible to ensure our comfort and to ensure our Wedding Day was perfect in every way. Location idyllic. We’ve had so many comments on how much everyone attending enjoyed themselves. Having the opportunity for all of the key guests to stay overnight and have breakfast together in the morning was also a huge bonus for us. Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much for them to do. The setting is beautiful as are the rooms at the hotel. I had my dream wedding and I feel very lucky as I know not many brides achieve the 'perfect day' but I know I did. I cannot wait to go back to Callow just for another Afternoon Tea or evening meal as I did frequently before my wedding and I'm sure I will continue to do so. It is a hidden gem that deserves recognition as an outstanding wedding venue.I cannot find any fault at all with Callow Hall. I had my dream wedding and I feel very lucky as I know not many brides achieve the 'perfect day' but I know I did.
