They were amazing from start to finish!They were amazing from start to finish!
We had our wedding here on Saturday 12th November and despite the hiccup that my grandad ended up being taken away in an ambulance I honestly could not thank Naomi and the team enough for all they did for us! They were amazing from start to finish! If anyone is considering getting married here then please look no further we had the most perfect day and honestly couldn't be happier that we picked De Rougemont as our venue!! Naomi thank you for the care you showed to my grandad and the help you gave us when getting him out comfortably and into the ambulance, you are an absolute star and deserve every ounce of recognition!!!! My Wedding Coordinator was fantastic!My Wedding Coordinator was fantastic!
I got married here on the 26th July 2019. Naomi my wedding coordinator was fantastic and extremely helpful every step of the way. Everything went so smoothly on our big day, the 4 course meal was delicious and so was the evening buffet. the honeymoon suite we had was massive also and the bed was soo comfy, the only downside to the room was no air conditioning but that isn't the end of the world. My husband and I are already planning to stay again! Thank you to all the staff for all your help over the 2 nights I stayed with you. You were all amazing xxI got married here on the 26th July 2019. Fantastic Hotel!Fantastic Hotel!
A fantastic hotel who do anything and everything to help We stayed at the hotel on the eve of our wedding in the local area. We had most of our bridal party stay at the hotel too. The hotel were so accommodating and allowed early check in and some people checked in late after the wedding. We had a family member who fell ill and needed a paramedic. The staff could not have been more helpful and calm during a stressful situation. We stayed in the bridal suite which was amazing and the breakfast the next morning just topped off an amazing stay. We can not thank you and the team enough! Everything we brought for example the maps, pictures, little bits were how we imagined and better, the layout of every room was perfect. We both feel you went over and above your jobs to make our day extra special. From the minute we arrived we felt truly looked after and spoilt what a brilliant venue and fantastic staff you have. The food was spot on, considering we were significantly late to the sit down breakfast due to photos the chefs did a great job of the whole thing The night was also great and the bridal suite was just the icing on top of the cake, stunning. The next morning breakfast was also way above expectations was perfect from the pastry’s to the full English. Overall we would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to yourself and your team what an amazing day you gave us.We can not thank you and the team enough! Amazing Venue, Best Day Of Our Lives!Amazing Venue, Best Day Of Our Lives!
All the staff were very helpful and efficient when my husband arrived and made the pre wedding experience a smooth and stress free time for him and our guests. So thank you very much. The wedding it self went so smoothly, its all a bit of a blur from the excitement and nerves from the whole day but all we can say is the staff did an amazing job. The reception was held in the Champers Suite and everything was perfect, the tables were all laid out just as we had asked, everything was in the right place and it all looked perfect. Davine was very efficient and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. She welcomed us in as Mr and Mrs and introduced the groomsman during the speeches which maybe only little touches but they meant a lot to us and helped make the day run smoothly. The food was outstanding and as expected following our tasting meal previously so we were so pleased, all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. Everything was exactly as we were hoping, the canapés went down well and the evening buffet choices were all provided and to a high standard. The Honeymoon Suite (the one with the two bathrooms) was so luxurious and comfortable, it was well decorated and the jacuzzi bath was an added extra. We would highly recommend this room to anyone. However all our guests that stayed the night were all so pleased with their rooms and the service the staff provide. We are now back from honeymoon and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff at De Rougemont for a thoroughly fabulous Wedding Day at De Rougemont Manor. Everything was perfect. We really cannot pick fault with anything. From the booking of our wedding... through to the day itself everything was professional, slick and so well organised.
