We pride ourselves on being a bespoke venue, your wedding day is exactly that - 'yours'. We will accommodate your ideas, creativity and inventiveness wherever we can. Our wedding co-ordinator is also unique, she is with you every step of the way, from your initial show round to your wedding day - she'll guide and support you throughout the whole process. Read our reviews to get an insight into the wonderful weddings we have been privileged to hold here. All of our beautiful log cabins and oak framed reception building are licensed for your ceremony. Your wedding day can be over too quickly so why not choose Hidden River Cabins where your family and guests will be thrilled to enjoy a holiday whilst attending your wedding! Our luxury accommodation all have hot tubs and stunning views which will make everyone feel relaxed. We provide the catering and bar services for weddings and are able to tailor your menu to your requirements. We can offer Banqueting, 3 x Course Meals, BBQ's, Hog Roasts etc. To build on our current facilities Hidden River Cabins are brimming with excitement as we are embarking on the construction of a beautiful new Hidden River Barn set in a stunning riverside location. The Barn will be designed to incorporate a mixture of both new and old features boasting seating for up to 250 guests. With a mezzanine level overlooking the ancient woodland and the River Lyne this will be the perfect location for your ceremony or a more intimate celebration. We have artists' impressions and architectural drawings available to view, the Barn is currently being lovingly constructed with the same quality ethos that Hidden River Cabins operates across the entire site whilst making the most of the natural beauty of the area. The Hidden River Barn will be completed in Winter 2019/20 and we are currently taking appointments for show rounds for forward bookings for weddings in 2020 onwards.

Great venue, lovely people.Great venue, lovely people.
Had a great day, really relaxed and chilled, what we both wanted. All the guests had a great time, commenting that the food (bbq buffet and hog roast) was the best that they had had at a Wedding. So much better than we could have wished for!So much better than we could have wished for!
We got married here at the end of September. It was STUNNING! Seriously it could not have been more perfect. Throughout the planning process the team here had been on hand to answer any questions we had and help us create the vision for our wedding. They pretty much gave us free reign in the cabin to decorate it ourselves. Which eventually gave us the foundation to set up our own business (Sawdust & Soul). I cannot than them enough for everything they did for us!We got married here at the end of September. It was STUNNING! Seriously it could not have been more perfect. Throughout the planning process the team here had been on hand to answer any questions we had and help us create the vision for our wedding. They pretty much gave us free reign in the cabin to decorate it ourselves. Which eventually gave us the foundation to set up our own business (Sawdust & Soul). I cannot than them enough for everything they did for us!

Amazing dayAmazing day
We married here in March 2018. Gillian and the team were great, not even a blizzard disrupted things! Hidden River is perfect for an intimate wedding especially if you want something a little different. We couldn't fault it.We married here in March 2018. Perfect WeekendPerfect Weekend
We were married here in June and everything was perfect - the location, the food, the staff. Our wedding party stayed the whole weekend and so many people were blown away by the location, the serenity and the standard of accommodation. One of our guests said he had never been to a wedding like it - in a good way! We weren't local to the venue but they were more than happy to reply promptly to emails that were sent across to them asking for advice or to arrange things remotely. We look forward to returning some time in 2019. We were married here in June and everything was perfect - the location, the food, the staff. I don't really know we're to start.... Hidden River Cabins was amazing from start to finish! All the team are so friendly and accomidating! So relaxed and helpful. All the way through the planning and preparation Gillian was there to help, and Tom the chef brought our French style wedding breakfast to life. It was the Perfect weekend...... And the setting was breathtaking. I have several head chefs as friends and they all commented on how good the food was..... The lodges and house were perfect for all my guests who all enjoyed their stay. We honestly couldn't have picked a better place to get married, and that was mostly down to Giliian and the Hidden River team...... Absolutely perfect. Absolutely perfect.
The first time we visited Hidden River Cabins, we knew it would make the perfect wedding venue. The setting is incredible; fields, trees, the river and the log cabins. We knew our wedding would be on the larger side so decided to have a marquee on the first field. We hired a petal pole marquee from Yorkshire Yurts which was decorated on the evening before the wedding after our florist (Fletcher & Foley) had finished filling the marquee with beautiful flowers. Gillian (wedding coordinator) played a huge part in helping make sure the marquee was all set up perfectly for the wedding day which meant we had some time to relax in the hot tubs before the big day. We rented all 5 log cabins for the weekend of the wedding which meant we had complete privacy for the whole weekend. The cabins were the perfect place to get ready and also to relax afterwards. The wedding day itself was everything we had dreamed of. We had welcome drinks and canapés in the cafe area and then headed down the marquee for dinner and dancing. Gillian ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout the wedding breakfast, paying particular attention to guests with food allergies. The standard of the food was exceptional, Tom (the chef) and his team managed to cater for almost 100 guests and every single meal was delicious and presented beautifully. We had a deli style buffet in the evening which was also of a fantastic standard. We knew our guests were all so happy and well looked after by the team at Hidden River Cabins which meant we could enjoy our day to the full with no stresses or worries. We hired the site out from Friday to Monday and was married on the Saturday!! The place itself is amazing, the log Cabins, the house, the views!! It is stunning!! From the start to the end the time we had here was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and Gillian the wedding organiser was so helpful and helped make our day perfect! We had a lot of our own ideas and everything was accommodated!! All our guests said they had never been to a place so beautiful! The food is amazing too!! Hidden River Cabins provided us with the base for our perfect wedding in May 2018. We looked at so many different types of venue before deciding on Hidden River Cabins, and I knew I loved it from the moment we turned in. They allowed us to be super flexible, giving us the option to choose our own menu and drinks package and they let us have complete control over the itinerary of the day which meant we could have a wedding day that was unique to us, rather than choosing from a list of packages. The team there are incredible; Gillian is professional, organised and able to give as much or as little advice as you want and she did everything to make sure our day was perfect. Sonya and Tom from the cafe are brilliant, our food was so well prepared and they really understood what we wanted. All our guests commented on how beautiful and unique a venue it was as they arrived. Secluded, and right by the river, it has loads of places for gorgeous photos. We just had the best day celebrating with our friends and family, and I would recommend Hidden River Cabins to any couple. Hidden River Cabins provided us with our personal, unique and outdoor wedding ceremony whilst feeding our guests with beautiful food and creating an unforgettable couple of days holiday for all 26 of us! The team are so lovely and flexible with anything you want for your day! We had the most amazing Wedding weekend at Hidden River Cabins. Gillian our wedding planner was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our special day ran smoothly. We met with the team a few months before to go over food options all of which were prepared to a really high standard. It was nice to meet everyone prior to the wedding and be shown around the venue so we could pick exactly where we wanted the ceremony to take place. The setting here at Hidden Rivers is stunning and we were blessed with warm sunshine for the entire day which meant beautiful photos outside by the river and surrounding land. If you are looking for a cosy, alternative wedding venue set in beautiful scenery then this is the place!We had the most amazing Wedding weekend at Hidden River Cabins.
