Kennaway House

Kennaway House is a Grade II* listed building set in the heart of Regency Sidmouth, a stone's throw from local parish church and stunning pebble beach, with views of the ocean. Whether you would like just a ceremony here, or the whole day, our versatile, classic venue is well suited to all manner of occasions, from intimate gatherings to larger parties, whatever your style. 4 rooms licensed for ceremonies and civil ceremonies, with our elegant Hatton Wood and Amyatt rooms, with their high sash windows and original period features, able to sit up to 80 guests. The atmospheric Cellar Bar can seat up to 100 people, and is ideal for wedding breakfasts and parties into the night; live music is permitted. The House sits with a lovely front lawn ideal for a marquee should you desire one. We provide tables, chairs with covers and bows, crockery, jam-jar candles, and have a list of recommended suppliers from entertainment to catering, but you are also free to choose your own. Kennaway House allows for total flexibility, and is a magnificent setting to accommodate your unique day.
