The Kingscote Barn is the perfect venue for a unique and exclusive wedding celebration. The Gloucestershire-based venue provides beautiful settings, inside and out, for a truly romantic day. The neutrally decorated barn is a blank canvas for your chosen theme, colour scheme and style, encouraging you to put your own stamp on the space for the perfect, personal occasion. The Barn is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships with space to accommodate 150 seated guests for the day and up to 200 for the evening reception. The venue has its own bar, reception area, and south facing terrace which boasts spectacular views across the picturesque valley. The stunning scenery is a photographer’s dream and guarantees you beautiful results for your treasured wedding photos. Special moments can be captured within the charming courtyard, against the backdrop of the gorgeous rolling hills, and in the idyllic Rose Garden. You can choose between three fantastic catering companies for your delicious wedding breakfast. There is no corkage charge at the venue, so you can choose the perfect drinks to complement your dishes. Our Caterer's do charge a service fee per person, which varies from £5.00-£8.00 depending on the caterer per person. A licensed cash bar is also an option. Please discuss all of your food and drink requirements with your chosen caterer. When the day comes to an end, The Kingscote Barn offers you and your overnight guests a great range of luxurious rooms. You can enjoy getting ready ahead of the big day in this beautiful location, making the most of the gorgeous views. We can sleep up to 34 guests on-site, and there are plenty of options for excellent local accommodation nearby.

The Kingscote Barn is a beautiful venue and incredibly well priced! Everyone we talked to was constantly on the ball, ridiculously organised and could not do enough for us. Whether it be calling up suppliers, answering our 100s of emails, - even explaining why we couldn’t do certain things, we’ve always come away happy. I had absolutely no doubts that I would not have to stress on the day which is a luxury I think a lot of people underestimate. Thank you so much as well for letting Marley (our dog) run around the whole day! He was absolutely loving life! Thank you to the whole team at Kingscote Barn for creating the most perfect fairy tale wedding day. Kingscote is for us – the dream idyllic wedding venue – found by us through the high recommendation from a friend. From the moment we drove down the swiping driveway we were surrounded by open countryside either side with sheep grazing in the fields – it gave us a feeling that will stay with us both forever. One I can call to mind whenever I close my eyes! (Lucky me!!) I believe what makes Kingscote – apart from the idyllic venue – is the most amazing staff – every member of the team from the gardener, cleaners through to the wedding coordinators and owners are passionate to give their best. This passion shines through to the suppliers you choose for your special day – for us we choose suppliers that work at the venue regularly the staff and food were “Simply Outstanding” and the compliments we have received from our guests truly are so deserved. We were blown away when we first saw Kingscote Barn, and ever since then you and your team have been so helpful and made us feel so important, the team was the deciding factor on why we chose Kingscote Barn. Even on the day, everyone was so willing to help to ensure the day ran as smoothly as possible and so attentive to our needs. When we and all our family woke up on Friday morning and all had breakfast together, we didn't want to leave! It really is such a beautiful venue.We were blown away when we first saw Kingscote Barn, and ever since then you and your team have been so helpful and made us feel so important, the team was the deciding factor on why we chose Kingscote Barn. From the moment we first viewed Kingscote and was shown around by Lisa, we feel in love with the venue and the quality of service from staff. Once we booked our date, communication with Kingscote was so easy, with someone always replying to any messages the next day. Lisa was our wedding coordinator and we couldn't have asked for more from her. She had everyone in exactly the right place at the right time, with everything running so seamlessly. She was the perfect calming figure needed on those few minutes before the big moment. Mcbaile did amazing job of providing food and drink to an excellent standard. We had so many comments on the standard of food. The way in which they got the room set up for the wedding breakfast, exactly how we pictured it was something special! Venue was spectacular, very pretty in the scorching summer sunshine. The staff tended to our every need with great care from booking to the day. Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

We are so lucky to have such gorgeous grounds at Kingscote Barn, located on Binley Farm! But our favourite is our Rose Garden, absolutely stunning in late spring/summer months, equally as gorgeous with foliage in our colder months!

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We have had numerous celebrities attend different weddings over the years! That will be kept a secret, shhh! :)
