The Wedding Barn and Holiday barns are nestled together in their own courtyard, with resident ducks just outside! From the barn you will see many of our friendly animals grazing in the orchard. These include goats, ponies, alpacas and everyone’s favourite Dominic the Donkey. They’re all waiting to say Hello. Just behind the orchard you will find our car parking field which we also offer as additional space for some of your guests to camp on the night of your wedding should they wish. Just a short drive down the track from the barn you will also find the breath taking views of the river Severn, offering the most spectacular back drop for those all important photographs. Exclusive Use… Exclusive use to us means the barns and space is exclusively yours from the minute you check in until the second you check out. Our packages all include a three-night stay, so no congratulating another couple on your way in or out! We have up until this point kept very quiet about our beautiful spot and now want to shout out about our brand new wedding venue. We don’t want your wedding to be over in a flash! Here at Milton End we offer our barn and holiday barns to be yours for the whole weekend meaning you have that much needed time to soak it all up before and after your wedding day. We welcome all enquiries and would be delighted to show you around. Myself, Rebecca and Holly are all available to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you.

Wow Factor Wow Factor
What a beautiful location! We came across Milton End Barn by accident – we were getting married in the area and we were looking at accommodation for our guests when we came across Milton End holiday lets. We were shown round the accommodation and they were all stunning! Whilst showing us around, Kath mentioned the barn – they were thinking of making it into a wedding venue and asked if we wanted to see it. As soon as we walked in, we knew our wedding had to be at Milton End! The Barn really had the wow factor and this was before the renovations – there was still hay on the floor and no walls around the back. When we asked Kath if we could have our wedding there, the renovations started and was ready in time for our wedding and what a beautiful result! The barn was gorgeous and the surrounds were spectacular. Not only did we have the barn, we also rented all of the holiday lets and the field. We had it for three days and it was truly ours for that weekend. Dominic the donkey and the other animals really gave it that extra something special as did the old vintage tractor and the hay bales which were also supplied by the barn. Kate and Kath were excellent. Kate worked so hard to make sure the barn was ready and she put our minds at ease through the lead up to our wedding day. When we arrived on the Friday to set up the barn, everything looked great despite a few final touches to be put in place. When I arrived to the barn on our wedding day, everything was perfect! All our guests were taken aback by the beauty and uniqueness of the venue. Milton End Barn is the PERFECT wedding venue and Kate and Kath were amazing throughout the process! Kate helped us out on the day making sure everything was in place and made sure the field was free for us to land – yes, land…in a surprise helicopter! So if you need a Heli-pad – Kate can arrange that for you! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, everything was even better than I had imagined. Our guest’s LOVED Milton End barn and our wedding will be talked about for years! Thank you so much to Kate, Kath and everyone at Milton End who made our day happen! Wonderful Wedding Wonderful Wedding
We just wanted to thank you and let you know we have just had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding! Starting with our families arriving on Friday afternoon to stay in the beautifully decorated cottages surrounding the barn, really exceeding everyone's expectations! It was lovely having everyone around us, then all friends arriving in the afternoon for a really magical evening in such an incredible barn, everyone thought it was the perfect wedding!! The location is idyllic, with all the piglets and ducks running around! Thank you so much! xWe just wanted to thank you and let you know we have just had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding! Starting with our families arriving on Friday afternoon to stay in the beautifully decorated cottages surrounding the barn, really exceeding everyone's expectations! Perfect Wedding Day Perfect Wedding Day
Shaun an I had the most perfect weekend for our wedding in August 2018. What attracted us to Milton End was it's family run feeling, we were able to host all of our family in the holiday barns and that it was a barn full of character but still a blank canvas so we could create our own vision and using suppliers that we wanted to work with. I had my heart set on a rustic, DIY wedding theme as I wanted to make a lot the decor, favours etc with my bridesmaids. It was perfect and the only venue we looked at. We are lucky enough to know the Turner family (who own Milton End) really well however, our whole experience from the first visit all the way through to the day we left was 5* and we would have expected no less as the family are amazing. With the wedding reception barn we decided to deck out the sides with marquee lining and we used the rustic ladder which is already hanging down the middle, our florist draped flowers and foliage all around it. We had 150 guests to the day and over 200 in the evening and there was enough space for everyone. Being a family of four we had lots of children at our wedding and they had plenty of space to play and because the court yard had a wall and gates, parents felt safe that they were able to roam around with freedom. I made goodie bags for each of the children to have at the table and we also had a crafts table outside in the sunshine and soft play inside. The children and our guests loved seeing Dominic the Donkey and the ducks greeting everyone as they arrived was just perfect. We chose Becca and her team at Aureum Catering and we couldn't have been happier with the food, service and everything ran seamlessly. We were able to take my mum and dad to the tasting and we were so surprised to be offered our full menu to try, which was all mouthwateringly tasty. What really topped off our weekend was Rebecca cooked bacon rolls and tea/coffee for everyone the morning after our wedding, before the big clean up! Holly, my best friend and wedding coordinator helped us from our first meeting all the way through to the end. She was the one with the timetable and had everything under control - from making sure the best man was ready to give the speech, ensuring the PA system was ready to go all the way to making sure the candles were lit in the evening. It was so reassuring having Holly not only as a bridesmaid being there with me in the morning, but I knew everything would be covered and I didn't worry about a thing all day. shaun and I loved that everything that we needed in a venue was included in the price. The wedding barn, accommodation, bar and so many little extras really helped us seal the deal on our perfect wedding weekend. The cherry on the top for us was being able to set up at leisure on the Friday, have the whole of Sunday to recover with family and friends and then saying goodbye on the Monday. The best weekend of our lives and one neither of us will forget. Milton End really was the most perfect venue to host our day and I would highly recommend it to any couple wanting a countryside wedding with a difference. We wanted somewhere that wasn't like any other venue and Milton End definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Kate, Holly and the team. Has to be Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare beef and creamed horseradish.

There are so many choices for evening food, but a Hog Roast or a Wood fired pizza oven always goes down really well for the evening food, something relaxed that guests can soak up the alcohol and eat in the courtyard.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Being right on the River Severn has to be one of the most favourite spots here at Milton End.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We are a family run business on a working diary farm, so I would have to say that building the barn is something we as a whole are proud of.
