Description

A venue which is located in Mobberley the heart of the Cheshire countryside. The Barn is a bespoke wedding venue and offers a unique wedding experience. The Barn was converted in 2013 yet still maintains it's rustic and countryside charm as it is set on a working farm that is home to cattle, sheep and even pygmy goats! We can also offer Civil Ceremonies in a separate room on site. The venue is family run and has a farmhouse B & B and a range of other accommodation on site. Amazing!Amazing!
This was the first wedding venue we looked at last September and as soon as we stepped inside we knew it was the one so we booked it within the week! Vanessa, Dan, Kris and the team were fantastic throughout the whole planning process and couldn't do enough to help us and answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. The open days were also a great way to meet suppliers and we met our photographer, caterer, florist, lighting and photobooth there which was brilliant as they really know the venue and it meant that everything went so smoothly on the day. The actual day was absolutely perfect and everyone commented on the amazing venue and the incredible teams who looked after us all. Really unique and special Really unique and special
We had the most amazing wedding day at Owen House Wedding Barn. The staff and owners were so flexible and ran the day alongside our caterers (Vanilla in all seasons). Everything was exactly as we wanted it. The venue has a lovely relaxed feel and the staff made sure we were happy with everything and were so easy to contact beforehand and very responsive to last minute questions in the build up. The venue is beautiful and rural, you don’t even really need to add much decoration to it if you don’t want to because it is lovely and rustic as it is. Brilliant getting ready rooms for both the bride and her maids and the the groom and his ushers. Excellent accommodation onsite and quirky little features everywhere like the indoor photo space with huge bales of hey! The staff were brilliant taking us to see my dad in a home a few minutes drive away so he could be part of our day even if only in a small way. I cannot thank them enough, they even gave us a wonderful wooden owl carved out of wood for our garden! We had the most amazing wedding day at Owen House Wedding Barn. We had the most amazing experience at Owen House, the amazing people involved with this venue couldn't have done any more to make our day incredible. They helped with almost every aspect of our day and were so helpful through the whole process. From start to finish the guys at Owen House made our day run like clockwork. From the set up the day before to the morning following the wedding they were superb. The venue is so breathtakingly unique you can’t help but fall in love with it. We definitely made the optimum choice.From start to finish the guys at Owen House made our day run like clockwork. Owen House Wedding Barn was a fabulous place to get married! From the initial viewing right through to the wedding day itself Dan & Vanessa were amazing, really helpful and everything ran with ease! All the staff were great. The venue itself was perfect, we received lots of complements from our guests who loved the barn and the grounds (lucky to have a sunny day!). There were also plenty of great locations to take photographs and the B&B located within the grounds was amazing too! :)Owen House Wedding Barn was a fabulous place to get married! From the initial viewing right through to the wedding day itself Dan & Vanessa were amazing, really helpful and everything ran with ease! All the staff were great. The venue itself was perfect, we received lots of complements from our guests who loved the barn and the grounds (lucky to have a sunny day!). We genuinely can't speak highly enough of the team at Owen House. Choosing to get married there was frankly one of the easiest and best decisions we made. They're relaxed and flexible, but still extremely professional and put us completely at ease that our day was under control. The service felt bespoke unlike the impression we had from some of the 'more established' and well-known Cheshire venues. We'd recommend it to anyone as a truly fantastic venue and our guests loved it too!!We genuinely can't speak highly enough of the team at Owen House. All the team at Owen House were extremely friendly and helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. They are very laid back and have a real personal touch, which kept us feeling relaxed as we got closer to the day, knowing they had everything in hand. The venue itself is beautiful - retaining a lot of the character of the original barn, whilst incorporating a feeling of luxury. The drinks selection was fantastic too, with a choice of local ales and good quality spirits & wine.All the team at Owen House were extremely friendly and helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. They are very laid back and have a real personal touch, which kept us feeling relaxed as we got closer to the day, knowing they had everything in hand. The venue itself is beautiful - retaining a lot of the character of the original barn, whilst incorporating a feeling of luxury. Dan, Vanessa, and Rachel couldn't do enough for us. Owen House is just an incredible venue...Owen House is just an incredible venue...
Owen House is just an incredible venue-it most definitely has the WOW factor and after being married there, I can safely say it wasn't just us as a couple who thought that - our guests have not stopped telling us how amazing the venue was. It has it all - a gorgeous cosy room to get married and an amazing room in the main barn for the reception and stunning outside space. And to top it all off-amazing staff who have been so great from start to finish!Owen House is just an incredible venue-it most definitely has the WOW factor and after being married there, I can safely say it wasn't just us as a couple who thought that - our guests have not stopped telling us how amazing the venue was.
