We had our wedding reception at The Mill Hotel and restaurant 3 years ago, the venue is spectacular but Jose and the staff are the real stars of the show! My sister was so impressed with our reception, she too recently opted to host her reception at The Mill too! Everything was absolutely perfect as always, the food, the atmosphere, the setting...everything is first class!👌🏻 I really can not recommend this place enough as words do not do it justice, you have to visit! It is beautiful and there are so many other events to attend at The Mill. You honestly feel like family when you arrive! Thank you so so much Jose and the team for all your efforts! You made my sister’s day just as perfect as ours and the memories we share will last a lifetime. I know exactly how demanding we brides get 🤣🤣 but you were a diamond and true gent when dealing with our requests. We hope to see you all again soon at one of your many upcoming events. Thanks again 😁Jose and the team are amazing!! From the first meeting 12 months prior, to the big day itself... the service and attention to detail, coupled with the warmth that Jose showed us along with his family and team on the day was incredible. For someone with incredibly high standards, I have to say the feel of the venue and the people made our day the best in both of our lives so far and we cannot thank you enough. Every detail was taken care of, from the food which was of an incredible quality, treated well and presented superbly, to the organisation and coordination of the day, which was impeccable. If you are looking for an intimate venue with tons of character and wonderful people who dedicate themselves to ensuring your special day is as good as it can be, please trust Jose to make this happen. No detail was too much trouble and the fact that every staff member did their job to the highest standard and with a big smile on their face made such a difference. Please take Jose’s recommendations on photographer, florists and extra’s and I shall review you all separately, needless to say they were all superb. I fell in love with the venue the moment I saw it and meeting Jose just made it the big YES. I suffer with anxiety in my general life and Jose made me feel calm and nothing was too much in help. We got married the hottest day of the year at 38°, we were all complete sweaty hot messes but we all had a blast, food was delicious, the staff were incredible. Our day wouldn't have been as special anywhere else. Highly recommended!Got married here 25th July. I fell in love with the venue the moment I saw it and meeting Jose just made it the big YES. You can tell Jose and his family’s heart and soul goes into running this stunning venue and it absolutely shows; they should be so proud of what they’ve achieved! This isn’t just a venue that you hire, Jose is the ultimate wedding planner. From an array of table runners, chair covers, beautiful flowers, a sweet stall & a DJ, Jose will plan it all for you and has plenty of other contacts if you are looking for anything/anyone else to hire! We chose the Ritz package and we can’t even slightly fault the food or drink on offer, the delivery of it or the quality of it. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests on their behalf! The bar is also not your average wedding venue bar; filled to the brim with who knows how many bottles of gin and whisky (amongst other things), which definitely kept us and our guests happy! Without Jose I’m not sure what our wedding would have turned out like! Everyone kept asking me why I was so calm throughout the run up to the wedding, my answer was simple: ‘If something does go wrong, I know Jose will be there to fix it!’ He even helped me and my bridesmaids with the order of walking down the aisle as we didn’t have a clue! 🤦🏻♀️ Thank you Jose and your team, you are all incredible and have given us so many amazing memories ☺️I think we must have looked around 20 wedding venues before finding The Mill and wow, what a place. The DJ Jose had for us in our package was amazing, no one left the dance floor all night. We will forever my grateful to you all. Thank you for the perfect wedding.We got married here on 20.12.19.
