The Wood Norton is a real window on Worcestershire. Perched high up overlooking the gentle flow of the River Avon and Vale of Evesham, framed by the Cotswolds to the South, Bredon Hill to the West and the Malverns to the North. Inside, the house is a real oasis; room after room is much as Royalty left it in 1912, but with a twist of the 21st century following a complete renovation in 2012. Panelling and carvings adorn almost every room on the ground floor and the state bedrooms on the first floor, with the furniture and furnishings adding a contemporary touch with a splash of colour. More intimate celebrations can be accommodated within the Hall and our recent Wedding venue - The Orangery is now available for all kinds of celebrations. Set back from the hotel high up over the formal gardens taking full advantage of the outstanding views with a beautiful glass frontage, The Orangery will accommodate Weddings of 120 for a seated meal, and up to 180 in the evening. All the principal rooms including our beautiful gardens are licensed for Civil Ceremonies. Your very special day is expertly coordinated and managed by a small team you will grow to know and trust, to deliver all the right kind of memories for you to savour.

I just wanted to bring to your attention a member of your staff who I think deserves special recognition. I knew when we first found the Wood Norton it would be the perfect setting for our wedding on 29/06/2019 and although Sandy and Amy had sadly left (who were both excellent too), when I met Georgie I knew we were in extremely safe hands. Georgie has truly been a perfect wedding coordinator and everything before, during and after our big day has been exceptional. I have worked for a number of years in the hotel industry and know just how very hard it can be to find staff exceptional staff. All of the staff have been amazing and worked as part of a team to go far above and beyond my expectations (including the kitchen staff who assisted with dietary requirements etc.).I just wanted to bring to your attention a member of your staff who I think deserves special recognition.
