What part of your business are you most proud of?

The hotel has been privately and family owned since 1989. The majority of the staff have worked at the Hotel for many years and we pride ourselves in our high level of customer service, having won awards for this. We were also awarded the Eco Hotel of the year in 2014 due to the Geo Thermal Heating System which is installed to heat Walton Hall, drawing heating and energy from the surrounding lake.
