If you have any specific questions or requests, the team will go out of their way to help in any way they can. Services offered The dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will discuss with you your personal requirements and can offer you expert guidance to assist in making your special day a truly memorable occasion. They will help you every step of the way, they will be a huge help. Come along to our Wedding Open Day on Sunday 22nd September from 10.30am to 3.30pm. The function rooms will be beautifully set for a Wedding and we can show you our Bridal Suites and bedrooms. All our all-inclusive packages include an arrival drink, toast drink and either a glass of wine or half a bottle of wine per person with the meal. A 2 or 3 course meal plus an evening buffet for an additional 30 guests. Our Cherish Package also includes canapes, chair covers & sashes, crystal globe table centrepieces, 6 piece evening buffet, menu tasting, LED starlight backdrop, DJ & disco and the gift of a 3 course anniversary dinner for 2.

Just wanted to say a Massive thank you for organising and setting up our wedding reception. The room looked better than I could have imagined and all the staff were flawless. Would like to say a Massive thank you to Emma who made it happen and made sure everything we wanted was put into place! I would highly recommend these guys for weddings! What an amazing dayWhat an amazing day
Now that all the chaos has started to calm down, I'd like to just thank you all so much for all your help in the run up and on the day of the wedding. From my own baby friendly Pimms to the emails back and forth, nothing was ever too much. We had the most amazing day and will have the most beautiful memories for the rest of our lives together. We had our wedding reception at the Ship Hotel and had the most amazing time. The staff were absolutely fantastic on the day and couldn't do enough for us. In the weeks leading up to our wedding day we had great help and support from a lovely lady who is the events coordinator. She helped us plan the day and was first class. The food for our wedding breakfast was superb and of very high quality as was the service and many of our guests commented on this. The Thames Suite and Hampton Suite were great venues to have our welcome drinks and main meal respectively and both rooms were very smart and laid out nicely. Fantastic evening buffet and a very nice room to stay the night in when the festivities finally came to a close. Excellent breakfast the next morning too. We had our wedding at The Ship on July 17th and I can not thank the hotel enough for making it the most amazing day. Special thanks to Linda, the most calm, organised and accommodating wedding planner and to Amit for making our day run so smoothly. Our guests have complimented the food, which we are so happy about as that's important at a wedding. The function room worked perfectly and having the courtyard for drinks on a summers day worked perfectly. Our pictures on the green at the front of the hotel have come out beautifully. Highly recommend this hotel, it's been a great experience from start to finish planning our wedding over the last 6 months - nothing has been too much trouble. Our bridal room was also very beautiful and the special touch of flowers, wine and petals on the bed when we returned on the wedding night was so thoughtful!
