Description
We can help you plan your perfect "home from home" wedding with all the trimmings. We offer very flexible use of our home and grounds and unlike most wedding venues we can offer you two full days of hire for the price of one.
We hold a licence for marriage ceremonies (i.e. you can have a registry wedding right here on the estate) in a separate purpose made marquee.
Our on site marquee will perfectly accommodate up to 150 guests seated on tables of 10, followed by evening dancing.
We offer three levels of catering package. Our prices are inclusive of any dish you may like from our caterers menus, and are simply based on the number of courses you may wish us to serve on the day, e.g. canapes on arrival, starter, or just main course and dessert.
Our Grade II Listed Tudor Mansion is a wonderful timber framed house and has quiet rooms for your elderly guests to retire to, plus a place for the bride to get dressed and prepared on her big day.

Venue hire is exclusively yours for 2 days - the whole weekend so you'll have plenty of time to prepare for your special day. Venue hire fee includes access to the manor house with a room for the bride and her maids to get changed and a quiet reception room for the elderly.

Brewerstreet Farmhouse is located in the pretty village of Bletchingley, Surrey.
We are about 10 minutes from the M25/M23 junction in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. (AONB)
From Bletchingley village, take Church Lane out of the village in a northerly direction for about 1 mile. At the T-junction turn left and you'll find Brewerstreet Farmhouse 350 years on the right-hand side.
Only 25 minutes by cab from Gatwick Airport for any international guests arriving on the day.
