Absolutely flawless...Absolutely flawless...
Absolutely flawless. The attention to detail was perfect by the staff. Even when we had a couple not turn up on the day, we were unaware until a lot later on, as the staff knew not to worry us and kept the wedding flowing. The staff members are efficient and experienced and extremely dedicated in making your wedding day as special as it can be, and I thank them for that.Absolutely flawless. Our day was everything we dreamed of and so much more and the large part of this is down to the staff, nothing was too much trouble, the day ran seamlessly through the efforts of the team, extremely knowledgeable and professional. The venue staff are incredibly helpful, understanding our individual requirements for the day - particularly as we did not have the most traditional ceremony. This was very much appreciated The catering options are exhaustive, venue were flexible with menu choices across range of packages - customising as appropriate. We used the watermill barn for our ceremony, rather than the Mill Room. Beautiful grounds surrounding us the whole day, self-contained - perfect for a full day event. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and everything went so smoothly & that was solely down to the professionalism and excellent service provided to us by all the staff throughout the entire day and night. Throughout the entire process of booking our wedding, either Jo, Jenny, Jan or any other member of team were always there to put any of our concerns to rest and everyone was always so welcoming when we visited the venue in the lead up to our big day.Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and everything went so smoothly & that was solely down to the professionalism and excellent service provided to us by all the staff throughout the entire day and night. Throughout the entire process of booking our wedding, either Jo, Jenny, Jan or any other member of team were always there to put any of our concerns to rest and everyone was always so welcoming when we visited the venue in the lead up to our big day.

We leave in Africa therefore did not have time to be in The UK to plan our wedding but this was not a problem at coltsford as they planned the wedding for me and were there to advise in my issues in regards to the day. Long story short my wedding day was amazing food was delicious and a this was with only three visits to the mill for consultations prior to the wedding . Amazing venue...Amazing venue...
Amazing venue, you wouldn't think it when driving through oxted that this amazing fishery exists. As you drive down the road it opens up into amazing grounds, lakes and lovely venue. The cottage on-site for the bride to get ready is the icing on the cake. This place has everything you could ask for and your guests dont need to travel from church/registry office to reception its an all in one. The staff are fantastic and take all the responsibilities of the day upon themselves.Amazing venue, you wouldn't think it when driving through oxted that this amazing fishery exists. We had the most wonderful wedding day at the Coltsford Mill. The setting is absolutely beautiful and being lucky with the weather we (and our guests) were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and surroundings at the venue. From the very first look around the venue to our actual wedding day the staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. Communication was excellent if we wanted to ask questions and on the day everyone was on hand to make our day special. A fabulous venue!We had the most wonderful wedding day at the Coltsford Mill. The setting is absolutely beautiful and being lucky with the weather we (and our guests) were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and surroundings at the venue. Coltsford Mill is such a beautiful setting, very private and with some really unique space (all of our guests loved the mill room where we got married). The staff were very attentive on the day and helped us to feel really at ease. I gave a lower score on the above for website presence as I think the website doesn't really sell the beauty of the venue - it wasn't until I saw it in real life that I fell in love with the place!!Coltsford Mill is such a beautiful setting, very private and with some really unique space (all of our guests loved the mill room where we got married). The staff were very attentive on the day and helped us to feel really at ease.
