From meeting you on Friday you were on our side 100% to put our minds at rest and allowing us to be involved in getting the finer details to exactly how we wanted. Your professionalism shone through in a very calm and managed manner keeping me calm and putting my mind at rest that all would be good on the day. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
I've witnessed some great weddings, do I have to choose just one? It would be my first wedding working in my role as wedding coordinator, we hosted a grand wedding with over 140 guests and a high tea to rival the Ritz!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
When it comes to venue hunting don't be afraid to ask for something if it's not being offered. When it comes to food in particular a lot of venues will be happy to accommodate your special requests.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We had a father of the bride organise some surprise singing waiters and they went down a storm.

Romantic, picturesque, quiet, affordable, sophisticated.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The summerhouse overlooking the water is my favourite photo spot. I've seen it dressed up with fairy lights and it looks magical at night.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We haven't yet!
What’s your favourite canapé?
My favourite would have to be the honey mustard sausage and mash
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
You can't beat a salty bacon roll to soak up all of the alcohol
What is your venue's most unique feature?
We have the barn and hall, the perfect combination of contemporary and old.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of our service, unlike a big chain, we're a small independent business that treats every wedding like it's our first and last.
