Oatlands Park Hotel in Surrey is an 18th century historic mansion set in 10 acres of scenic parkland, once the grounds of Kings and Queens including Henry VIII and Queen Victoria. Licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships, the hotel offers a number of flexible event spaces for your wedding. The Mulberry Suite provides a stunning setting for a ceremony, reception and evening party, while the York Suite offers a dry hire solution for larger celebrations, using one of our preferred in-house caterers. Within the grounds there are stunning photo opportunities at every turn, whether in the landscaped lawns in front of the Terrace, or down by the Broadwater Lake. Our wedding packages are designed to offer everything you need for your day, but also offer flexibility to create something unique just for you. Our York Suite is available for dry hire for larger weddings and celebrations. Our preferred caterers list offers a range of Asian, Afro Caribbean and Kosher caterers available to hire for your event. Our dry hire package includes: Hire of the York Suite from 10.00 - 01.00hrs (Monday to Saturday, Sundays close time is 00.00hrs) Private kitchen hire Furniture to include 350 banqueting chairs, 25 banqueting tables, 10 trestle tables and a cake table On site venue/ operations manager to oversee your day Private washroom facilities One complimentary bedroom for the evening of the event Complimentary car parking for your guests (on a first come, first serve basis)

We offer a range of wedding packages starting with The Stuart package up to The Windsor package. However, should you have a specific plan in mind for your wedding then we can tailor a package to suit your requirements. All of our packages include: • Hire of the Mulberry or the York Suite for your wedding breakfast and evening reception • Use of the grounds for photo opportunities • A regal red carpet entrance • A glass of Prosecco or orange juice per person for your drinks reception • Three course seated set menu or two course BBQ buffet menu (seasonal) • Tea, coffee and minted chocolates • Half bottle of house wine per person with your meal • A glass of Prosecco or orange juice per person for your speeches and toast • Cake stand and knife • White table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware • A complimentary three course tasting menu for two to determine your chosen wedding menu • Complimentary accommodation for the happy couple on the night of your wedding in one of our Feature Rooms with breakfast • A member of our team to assist you during planning in the lead up to your wedding • An experienced operations manager to look after you and your guests throughout your day • Special accommodation rates for your guests • Complimentary car parking
