What’s more, if you would like to hold your wedding ceremony in the grounds of Woolverstone Hall, you can choose from either a traditional church service at the beautiful St Michael’s Church, or host a civil ceremony in Woolverstone Hall itself. The choices are endless to create your perfect day. And to really put the icing on the cake (or cupcake – the choice is ultimately yours!) when you book Woolverstone Hall, you can rest assured you will be the only wedding booking for the day.

The most idyllic venue The most idyllic venue
“Woolverstone Hall was the most idyllic venue for our wedding. It offers a jaw dropping Grade 1 listed building set in the most beautiful surroundings and has a friendly, picture perfect church on the grounds. With all this in mind, we felt no need to look further. From booking to planning and the day itself, we felt entirely at ease and had full support of all the staff at Woolverstone Hall. Nothing was too much trouble and the space leant itself to such an occasion. We decided to use the main reception as a cocktail bar, the Orangery was set up for high tea with vintage china and bunting and the surrounding rooms for games and a relaxed sofa space for all the ‘little extras’. We look back on our day fondly and have the most fantastic photos which encompass both the grounds and inside Woolverstone Hall.”“Woolverstone Hall was the most idyllic venue for our wedding. “We had our entire wedding day at Woolverstone Hall last Easter and we couldn’t have picked a better venue for miles! From the moment we booked to the morning after, we were so impressed by the communication and flexibility of the team, and loved that we could decorate the venue exactly how we wanted and bring in our own suppliers. Our family and friends were amazed by the grandeur, space and setting – especially the new born lambs and abundance of daffodils on arrival – it couldn’t have been more perfect for an Easter wedding! The Hall provides a stunning backdrop for photos and it really transforms from day to evening. Fantastic groundsFantastic grounds
Having had my wedding at Woolverstone Hall in July this year, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a space with fantastic grounds and use of multiple rooms to choose from. The venue is light and open and no issues fitting over 100 guests. One of the key things that made our day so special was the help and generosity of the wedding planner Bethany. She was there from Friday morning helping with the setup, then back early on Saturday helping and taking care of every issue and need we had. I can honestly say the day would not of ran so smoothly without her and anyone planning a wedding or thinking of booking Woolverstone Hall will be safe in Bethany’s hands. Our wedding day was absolutely perfectOur wedding day was absolutely perfect
We had our winter wedding here and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect venue. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Bethany, the events coordinator, stayed late into the evening to make sure we were happy. Customer service was beyond excellent from start to finish, with very prompt replies to emails and the opportunity to visit during evenings and weekends leading up to our big day. Such a magical daySuch a magical day
“One of the great things about Woolverstone Hall was the flexibility. We had free reign to do whatever we wanted and were able to provide our own alcohol with no corkage fee which was a bonus. The events team were really helpful right from the beginning, we were easily able to arrange appointments to visit and we had plenty of time to set up for the weekend of our wedding. The venue and setting were gorgeous – we fell in love with the hall just driving up the drive. It sounds silly but it was so fun listening to the sheep on the way up! The grounds made for some amazing photos (as did the rest of the hall) and our guests loved exploring and getting their own photos whilst we were off with the photographer.
